We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:

• Email address — when you submit the Compliance Risk Assessment quiz, request to be notified about FineProof™, or contact us directly
• Quiz responses — your answers to the FINTRAC Compliance Risk Assessment, including information about your brokerage's size, transaction volume, compliance structure, and program maturity
• Booking details — if you book a demo via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide during the booking process (see Calendly's own privacy policy for details)

We do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, or sensitive personal information as defined under PIPEDA.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To generate and send you a personalised compliance exposure report based on your quiz responses
• To follow up with you about AMLforBrokerages services that may be relevant to your compliance situation
• To notify you when FineProof™ launches, if you have requested this
• To improve our assessment tools and services

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those identified above without your consent.

3. Cookies and Tracking

Our websites use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support basic website functionality. The cookies used on our sites come from:

• Netlify — our hosting provider, which may set functional cookies to support form submissions and site performance
• Calendly — our booking tool, which sets cookies when you interact with booking widgets embedded on our site

We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or third-party analytics tools that track individual users across websites.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our booking and form features.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Netlify — our hosting and form processing provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf
• Brevo — our transactional email provider, which sends personalised report emails on our behalf
• Calendly — our booking tool, which processes booking information independently

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share information necessary for them to perform their services.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Quiz submissions and email addresses are retained in our Netlify dashboard for up to 12 months, after which they are reviewed and deleted unless there is an active business relationship
• Email addresses collected for FineProof™ launch notifications will be deleted following the launch or within 24 months, whichever comes first

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent to the collection or use of your information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
• Request deletion of your personal information
