• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Sites without our written permission

2. Compliance Risk Assessment Tool

The Compliance Risk Assessment quiz available on amlforbrokerages.ca is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The results generated by the assessment:

• Are based solely on the responses you provide and do not constitute a formal compliance audit or legal opinion
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, or compliance advice
• Do not represent a definitive assessment of your brokerage's compliance standing with FINTRAC or any other regulatory body
• May not reflect the full scope of your compliance obligations under applicable law

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites, including text, graphics, logos, the FineProof™ name and mark, and the structure and content of the Compliance Risk Assessment, is owned by or licensed to AMLforBrokerages Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Sites without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Sites and all content, tools, and information provided on them are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Any information provided on the Sites is accurate, complete, or current
• The results of the Compliance Risk Assessment reflect your actual regulatory compliance position

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMLforBrokerages Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Sites, including any reliance on information or results provided by the Compliance Risk Assessment tool.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Sites integrate with third-party services including Calendly (for demo bookings) and Netlify (for hosting and form processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

7. Links to External Sites

Our Sites may contain links to external websites, including FINTRAC's official resources and other third-party sites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of any linked site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
